Registration Form for the session 2024-25
(FOR GIRLS ONLY)

1. Registration Fee is Rs. 600/- (to be paid online while downloading the form & receipt will be generated).

2.(Eligibility only for STD – XI):-

• Science stream – 60% in Science subjects, 55% in English, 60% in Maths.
• Commerce with Maths stream – 60% in Maths subject, 55% in English.
• Arts with Maths stream – 60% in Maths subject, 55% in English, 50% in other subjects.

3. Requirements:-

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate of candidate
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card of candidate
• Transfer Certificate from previous school
• Photocopy of marksheet of Std. IX and X report cards.(For Std - XI)
• Photocopy of Admit Card of class X.(For Std - XI)
• Candidates coming from other schools should submit their T.C. soon after the I.C.S.E. / Other board results are declared.(For Std - XI)

4.All fees at the time of admission will be paid online through "Carmel School Dhanbad" App; no cash and cheques will be accepted. Since the amount to be paid differs as per the subjects opted for, kindly ascertain the amount you need to pay from the school office.

5. Notes :

   

• Selection of candidates will be strictly on the basis of merit.

   

• The amount of fees once deposited will not be fully refunded under any circumstances.
